A generous but not aggressive cushioning allows for a stable, responsive ride while reducing impact forces enough for the body to endure any distance or speed. This experience is engineered through a unique midsole and insole combination, featuring a custom and proprietary Vibram® SLE midsole EVA with highly compressive, lightweight, and durable properties and an eTPU insole with high cushioning and rebound properties.

The sidewalls extend beyond the stack height, allowing the feet more ground feel and protection despite the unruly trails and unfathomable miles you put them through (or the weekend saunter for your espresso tonic, we’re not judging). A seamless Bio-Dyneema® upper snugly caresses the foot without any chance of blowing out.

In essence, the 001 is designed to endure unlike any trail shoe ever has before. Everything from a multi-day shuffle through technical terrain to a 50 mile PR on well-groomed trails feel entirely within its wheelhouse. Four core carryovers continued in the 2025 spring collection - Cinder, Core Black, White Gum and Stealth Black.

While the 001 retains the brand’s signature seamless Bio-Dyneema® upper and custom Vibram® midsole and soleplate, the 002 has a lower stack height for increased ground feel. This combination allows for the organic responsiveness of having your feet closer to the earth while providing the confident protection and traction of advanced materials and engineering.

In contrast to the 001, the 002 midsole geometry is pyramidal, increasing stability for navigating unruly trails. The toe cap is more rugged, anticipating the types of terrain your journey takes. The heel collar is padded for a more aggressive lockdown and fit, supporting movement in multiple planes.

The spirit of the 002 belongs to the mountains—trail tempos, skyraces, class 4 scrambling, quick and nimble vert. Anything requiring speed and agility and navigating technical feel entirely within its wheelhouse. Cinder, Stealth Black and Alpine White remained as the core carryovers of SS25’s 002.

This is the trail running brand’s laceless interpretation of an approach shoe. It is engineered for comfort, versatility, and protection, and designed for both high-intensity output and recovery.

 

 

Approach shoes have historically been designed with climbers in mind. Climbers often need to traverse rocky, highly technical terrain to reach their routes. As such, this style of shoe requires more protection than a trail runner with a snugger fit. The brand has taken this DNA and added its own spin to it.

With a seamless Bio-Dyneema® upper and custom Vibram® midsole and soleplate. The norda 003 stands out with its own distinctive on-foot identity and experience. norda™ developed a signature laceless material that infuses Bio-Dyneema® with an elasticized material, revolutionizing the durability and unalterable fit of the 003, to ensure it doesn’t lose its fit over time—a challenge that occurs with most laceless shoes. To add to the security of the fit, the 003 features a heel collar (different from the 002 collection) that allows the shoe to minimize debris-entry and maximize snugness without becoming too tight. Carabiner loops are added at the heel for easy clipping to packs.

 

The end result is a truly singular shoe that can handle technical approaches, hiking, running, recovery and anything in between—there is no wrong approach. 

A single new colourway for the laceless 003, named Ash. The two popular first launched 003 colourways from 2024, Cinder and Pitch Black, carried to 2025 as the core colors.
