Exchanges and Returns

At The Pace, we’re committed to providing quality and performance you can trust. If something isn’t right, here’s what you need to know about our policies.

Exchanges

We offer one-time exchanges for size or color within 7 days of delivery.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Email hello@thepace.co with:
    • Order number, product details, reason, and your contact info.
  2. Note: Walk-ins for exchanges are not accepted.

Exchange Options:

  • Receive a gift card for the full amount paid (excluding shipping).
  • Swap for another item (cover any price differences and shipping).

Conditions for Exchanges:
To ensure smooth processing, please follow these guidelines:

  • Eligible Items:
    • Must be in their original, new condition (free from marks, makeup, scuffs, or odours).
    • Folded neatly in original packaging with all zips and snaps securely closed.
    • Swing tags and labels must remain attached and undamaged.
  • Non-Exchangeable Items:
    • Sale items, eyewear, underwear, socks, swimwear, bottles, and collaborative releases.
  • Shipping:
    • Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges unless stated otherwise.
    • Use a trackable service or shipping insurance to avoid loss or damage during transit.
    • Securely package items to prevent damage.
  • Inspection:
    • All items will be inspected to ensure they meet our standards.
    • Exchanges that do not meet these standards will be returned without processing.

Gifting:

  • Gifted items follow the same guidelines and can only  be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • Gift cards and merchandise credits: All sales are final and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds unless the item has a manufacturer defect.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or amended.

Returns

We stand by our products and accept claims for manufacturer defects within 21 days of purchase.

How to Request a Warranty Return:

  1. Email warranty@thepace.co with:
    • Order number, product details, defect description, evidence (photos/videos), and contact info.
  2. Note: Walk-ins for warranty claims are not accepted.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused or show no signs of improper use.
  • Claims will be assessed case-by-case to ensure fairness.
  • Issues caused by improper use or care are not covered.

Important Note

  • Exchanges are valid only for purchases made directly through www.thepace.co.
  • The management reserves the right to make the final decision on all exchanges, warranty returns.
